Found this article on the RTC API for Live Communication Server on how to implement your own corporate (chat)bot.

You can do great things:

– have an email bot and integrate one with exchange

– have a servicedesk bot and integrate with sharepoint and crm server

– have a sales bot and integrate with crm server
